Naval Health Clinic Charleston (NHCC) is excited to announce we have re-opened enrollment for TRICARE Prime Active duty Family Members, Retirees, and Retiree Family Members. TRICARE Open Season 2024

Now is the time to review your and your family member's current health plans, consider your needs for 2025, and learn about your coverage choices. TRICARE Open Season begins Monday, Nov. 11 and ends Tuesday, Dec. 10. Enrollment changes made during TRICARE Open Season will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
