The mission statement of the Radiology Department at Naval Health Clinic Charleston is to follow the guidelines set forth by The Joint Commission and Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s “ALARA" principle, thus providing safe and proficient radiological studies to Joint Base Charleston area personnel, families, and veterans.

 To Our Patients
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to inform us at any point during your appointment.  To our female patients: if you feel you may be pregnant please let Radiology staff know immediately.  If you wear a TLD or are receiving diagnostic or therapeutic treatments, please let us know.  If you would like a copy of your study on a disk, you are required to file a request in person and the disk can be made while you wait.  Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to create disks for VA patients - this must be done at the main VA hospital.
